Context

Decades of brand equity, behind a brochure

VB has been the Norwegian plumbing and bathroom supply network for decades. Online, they presented as a brochure: a catalog you could browse but not buy from. Customers had to call dealers or visit a store to get prices, stock, or installation options.

What we did

Real commerce on Magento, tied to the PIM and dealer network

Built a Magento storefront tied to Akeneo PIM, mapped the full catalog into structured product data, integrated supplier feeds. The site moved from a flat list to a real commerce surface with availability, configurable bathroom packages, and the option to route an order to the nearest dealer.
